If you have a little girl interested in softball, consider enrolling her in the Instructional League – a beginner league that caters to Pre-K and kindergarten-aged girls 

During the season, all players will use a tee to learn the proper mechanics of their swing, and how to make contact with the ball. As a key tool used by teams all the way through college and beyond, continuous tee work is crucial to a player's development. The primary goal of the Instructional League is to introduce the fundamentals of softball while providing a fun experience for the girls. The league will incorporate proper throwing and fielding techniques, teach the girls how to swing the bat, hit the ball, and run the bases. Through fun relay races around the bases, the girls will discover the proper techniques for base running. The drills used in this league will be both educational and fun! Designed to keep the girls active and engaged, the drills will focus on teaching the girls how to safely participate in a game-like setting.

We're also hoping to participate in scrimmages with our friends from Milford and Hopedale Softball. Currently, these players will practice and play either Wednesday or Thursday evening, and either Saturday or Sunday (exact timings will be given ASAP). Practices will begin mid-April, weather-dependent

The Intermediate League (8u) is a developmental league that uses coach pitch to teach the fundamentals of throwing, hitting, fielding, and base running. Girls will have the chance to learn the game and put these basic skills into practice in games against other teams as they improve throughout the season. To start off, coaches will focus on teaching and reinforcing the fundamentals of the game. The season will begin with two practices per week (practice days will be given once teams and coaches are finalised), featuring several skill stations designed to help players improve their basic skills. Although girls will learn by playing games, these practices and skill drills will be essential in honing their abilities at this age. Teams will be formed with 8u girls of all skill levels.

Our 8U players will be joining forces with Milford and Hopedale once again! Games will be held in all three towns, with some games scheduled at our High St Fields. Games will start in late April/early May, with practices following evaluations as soon as possible (weather permitting).

Tuesday & Thursday

The Minors league is  a transitional platform for young athletes to hone their skills. It is designed to help players transition from Instructional and Intermediate to Juniors and Seniors. The Minors League is a unique opportunity for athletes to apply their basic skills to real game scenarios. With league-trained umpires and actual pitching, athletes can put their abilities to the test in a competitive setting. The league is open to girls at the 10u level, with teams selected based on skill level. 

We are thrilled to announce that our 10U players will once again team up with Milford and Hopedale! Games will be held in all three towns, with some games scheduled at our High St Fields. Practices will commence following evaluations (weather permitting) with games starting in late April/early May. (Practice days will given once teams and coaches are finalised)

Tuesday & Thursday

Our Juniors League enhances softball skills and elevates the FUN! It is a great opportunity for players to build on their softball experience and learn more advanced skills. Pitchers will now be thrown from a 40ft distance, providing an extra challenge for players. Girls will continue to refine their skills of throwing, batting and catching as they participate in this season's fun and competitive games. After evaluations, 12u girls of all skill levels will be placed on teams in order to ensure a balanced and exciting experience for all.

Our 12U players will be joining forces with Milford and Hopedale once again! Games will be held in all three towns, with some games scheduled at our High St Fields. Games will start in late April/early May, with practices following evaluations as soon as possible (weather permitting).

Monday & Wednesday

Our Seniors will participate in the Franklin league. They are scheduled to play on Thursdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 11am or 1pm. Games will start in late April/early May, with practices following evaluations as soon as possible (weather permitting)
