Refund Policy

The Bellingham Girls Softball Association (BGSA) budget is a division of projected costs by the projected numbers of players. The BGSA strives to keep expense as low as possible and sets the league registration fees accordingly.  Once teams have been formed, barring highly unusual or unforeseen circumstances, a refund will be rare.  Refunds will cause the league to lose money and drive future registration fees to be increased.  With that said, every request will be considered and should be directed to the designated league director which can be found on the Board of Directors page. The league director will discuss the request with the Treasurer and a decision will be made.  If a refund is awarded only the registration portion of your payment will be returned, i.e. the Fundraising portion will remain with the BGSA.  Any refund payment will be in the form of a check and sent via the US Postal Service.
